Returns

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'll be happy to return or exchange the product within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Items purchased from The Way Woodworking must be returned in their original condition for a full refund. Items should be unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use outside the listed item condition. Return all original product packaging, including boxes. Please use any items utilized to wrap and protect the item. Refunds are issued within 24 hrs. of the item’s return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
